Why people are obsessed by the social network myspace

I always thought that addiction to facebook was the only social network addiction that was there. I was wrong because I met people who are addicted to twitter and myspace. I have this classmate who has a blog about political science and she uses twitter to market her blog. She was also a follower of those her favorite political scientists. She was constantly reading her views on twitter and commenting on them so that she could have a sense of dialogue between them and with time they started getting interested in her and then finally they started going to her blog. There are those who love facebook because they constantly chatting on the site, and the pictures that are on facebook. When it comes to myspace, people are hitched to myspace because they could decorate their profiles whichever way they wanted and with constant practice they knew how to myspace layouts very easily. This is not something that is in many social sites except hi5. The reason why people are getting more fond of the social site is because it is different from the rest.
