Computer has many software’s which are used for different functions. Most offices one will not miss computers since they are used to keep records of a business and secrets and plans that company has. Word is one of the most packages of a computer that you will not miss either in personal computers and laptops. Those who want to type curriculum vitae and application letters use Microsoft word to type. When one want to use fonts to decorate a document they use tools in a word. To choose size of the words and letters are designed in word. All typing which is done in books is and newspapers are done through word in a computer. Computers are of such importance because they make work easier for people. Those using them to do projects don’t strain a lot because they are easy to use. Typing with a computer is more fast compared to when writing down information on a paper.
