I've grown up with synths - right since Kraftwerk through to Gary Numan, New Order, the House / Rave movement, right up to today. One thing I've grown to hate though is the way technology is trying to create perfect sounds. For me, the elusive magical nature of music lies in its imperfections. The early analogue synths showed how true this was. They weren't perfect, and that's what gave them their magic - those warm, unreliable sounds were a delight to my ears, and ironically modern day soft synths try to recapture this warmth due to a backlash against the clinical "true" sounds many synths produced through the 90s and early 2000s. I searched for recording studios france in Google recently and was heartened to discover that there still are many recording studios in my host country - you can't beat the organic, natural sounds you can only truly record in a studio as opposed to a computer. |

I love finding out the names of the people that I have read their books because they inspire me directly, being the writer that I am. I would understand if people only read books for the information that is inside there because without the interest of a writer you will definitely not waste your time trying to connect the author to the information that they have shared. Due to the interest that I have in writing, for me it is important to know the author so that I can connect them to the books that they write, especially those who have made it to the top writers and their books are top sellers in the book shops. I love to search for books by author as this is the only was I can manage to keep track of the information that they share and how they are able to apply different ideas in different novels without copying the same information from one novel to the other. I know that with other writers who have a passion for reading, they probably do the same as me so that they keep track of information shared. |

blake lively is one of the most talented young actresses that there is. She is just twenty two years old and she is already a household name especially to teenagers who follow the televisions series that she us currently casting, 'Gossip Girl'. She started acting when she was young, eleven years to be exact and her family back ground is all in entertainment thus her motivation. She portrays all her television series and movie characters in a personalized manner. When she acted in the famous sequel of the 'sisterhood of the traveling pants'' alongside amazing actresses, she did a super job. This shows how she has grown as an actress since she acted when she was a young. She does not have any scandals like other young actresses, she ahs managed to live a healthy a little bit normal life. She was involved with one of her childhood friend romantically. She then also went out with her costar after her relationship with her childhood friend Kevin Blatz did not work. She is an ambitious actress who thrives on maintaining a normal life. |

I love being in an art gallery when there's nobody else there, save for the usual security guard. The combination of silence and the art inspires me. The art is not trying to communicate to me through noise, but it invites ME to find out more through the act of investigation. We can look at an art piece and think "hmm, yes, a man in a boat" on first inspection. When you look closer though, more is revealed. The man in the boat is looking ahead, concerned. Perhaps he is rowing away from something, or he is rowing toward that which he fears? Quite often the interpretation is explained in the title, but sometimes it isn't - and that's when you can have multiple interpretations of an art piece. I particularly like outsider art as this kind of art truly does invite the viewer to contemplate over the piece. |

Before entering the working world, I'd always been a little suspicious of LinkedIn. Perhaps it was because I wasn't on a career path yet perhaps it seemed like an internet cocktail party where everyone comes in to assess whether you're ideal for achieving their own career aims - and that seemed a little self-centered, too impersonal for me. But after joining it - for professional aims, why not - I had to reconsider. It's actually a useful method of networking, as much as I am reluctant to say, to find new people to connect with. It doesn't matter if you're a creative design agency or an accountant, LinkedIn helps you find those hard-to-find business connections. And interestingly enough, it's possible to make friends this way too. As an illustrator I've managed to find people to connect with and work with, and what I once thought would be impossible - juggling friends as business partners and clients and vice versa - has actually been quite manageable. In the course of two years I've managed to find clients who like my work, but who have also become friends in the way we normally wouldn't have at social gatherings, because the internet operates in a slightly different manner. In short: LinkedIn is great, especially if you suffer from mild social anxiety, because it prepares you beforehand. |

More often than not, we usually find ourselves asking what it is that we have learn from the novels that we read everyday this is because we do not want to believe that we have wasted our time reading a book which does not leave any impact in the long run. For most authors, being able to write a book that will leave a mark is their dream, and that is what they put into consideration when they start writing. One of the best selling novels which hit the market with a bang is the harry potter series. This is one of the novels that have left readers yearning for more, a book that runs from one adventure to another in all series. The author jk rowling is a qualified writer with a bachelor of arts and has been able to bring out life in the way she writes her books. She believes that when you write you should leave room for your readers to create their own imagination, which is why her book has sold in the market for a long time. |

Whenever one thinks of becoming a model, the hysterical thought of being on a diet for the rest of your life is one which changes peoplees minds concerning the profession. What most people do not know is that it is worth it and the results are amazingly great, you will be thankful to your dieting program as long as you live. Many models who have denied themselves the freedom of eating fatty foods and maintaining their body shapes by being on a diet are now being used by advertising agencies to advertise their clothes and other products as well, a good example of these models is daisy lowe. She has done campaigns for advertising and has also been on the runway. She is making a lot of money out of the career she chose to sacrifice for and is now living like a star. Sometimes you have to deny yourself some pleasures in life for you to be able to enjoy others. It is only in the mind that you will have to choose what you want and how to achieve it. |

You might have been using your Facebook account for the longest time now, and then all of s sudden you get promoted at work. You will have no other option but to close Facebook. This site takes a lot of your time and you will find that most of the time you are not meeting deadlines because of it. Closing your account will be the best solution because you will avoid mixing your business with your extra curricula activities. It is normally one hard step to take especially if you were used to chatting with friends everyday and keeping them up to date with what is happening. It is the best thing to do if you have to be competent in your office work. You could always open up a new account if you are still interested and fell that you can manage both work and face booking. You should be careful not to loose your job just because of a site that allows you to chat with your friends, it is also important to consider the fact that you have to pay bills so you definitely need the job more than the social site. |

I always thought that addiction to facebook was the only social network addiction that was there. I was wrong because I met people who are addicted to twitter and myspace. I have this classmate who has a blog about political science and she uses twitter to market her blog. She was also a follower of those her favorite political scientists. She was constantly reading her views on twitter and commenting on them so that she could have a sense of dialogue between them and with time they started getting interested in her and then finally they started going to her blog. There are those who love facebook because they constantly chatting on the site, and the pictures that are on facebook. When it comes to myspace, people are hitched to myspace because they could decorate their profiles whichever way they wanted and with constant practice they knew how to myspace layouts very easily. This is not something that is in many social sites except hi5. The reason why people are getting more fond of the social site is because it is different from the rest. |

May people nowadays want to communicate with each other and for many this is a way of keeping in touch because they do not get time out of their busy schedules to visit each other or just meet and catch up over coffee. When the situation is as thus, there is no other better way than to use the communication methods that the technology has given us. I wonder what would be happening if this methods are not there. Would we stay without knowing how our friends and relatives are simply because we want to work to ensure that our needs are met? This is a question for another day but as for now let us look at one method of communication which can be done through myspace. To stay on the know is good so one should check MySpace inbox regularly to see if new messages have come in. To do this you will have to login using your name and password. When you put your correct name and password, there should be no reason why you shouldn't login. |

Being an account holder in facebook has come with a lot of benefits that have changed the lives of many in the society. Because of facebook, a number of people have found employment through the advertisements that are made in the side pages. It has enlightened the lives of many with its entertainment features that do not just ease ones mind but also helps in sharpening wits. There are also a variety of groups that are formed by facebook users in support of such things as orphans aid, disabled and the less fortunate in the society among others. Because of facebook friends have also got to meet with one another and had valuable chats that have built them no just socially but psychologically and spiritually. Being an account holder and having made great benefits, how do i create an event on facebook? I have been asking many people how to go about this because i have events that i believe would be of benefit to many if i can share them with all my facebook friends. |
